However, if a customer consistently violates our store policy through unreasonable or excessive demands or if they are unable to meet their financial obligations, we reserve the right to decline service. *According to federal law, businesses have the right to refuse service without providing any specific justification.
Appointments scheduled on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays incur an additional $25 fee. For appointments after 4pm, there is also an extra $25 charge. Rescheduling within 48 hours of the appointment time will result in a $25 fee for the first instance. In the event of a no-show, subsequent rescheduling will not be eligible for event or promotion pricing, and a higher deposit will be required for rescheduling.
