If you have any other skin issues, such as laser removal treatments or skin surgery, it may be necessary to wait even longer before undergoing further procedures

- Our objective is to achieve a left and right balance between 90% and 95%. It's important to note that a 100% match in left and right balance is not attainable

- Show up 15 minutes earlier is highly recommended (For Form fill out/apply numb cream)

- Last Minutes Update Might not avaiable (unless it is not affecting out next appointment/staff break time or office hours). When the update is affecting our operate. Clients need to book another visit. $25 rebooking fee is required.

- Clients most sign Consent Form and Medical History Form before Procedure

- When Artist must work on Scars/ Laser Removed Treatment / Old Tattooed / any PMU from another artist. Clients must sign additional Prior Agreement.

- Consultant before Clients final decision/booking is highly recommended. Consultant is always free.

- Any abnormal health condition, artist has the right to stop the procedure.

- Keep relax, Positive Energy Calm, emotional might affect Artist 

- Please understand this is a semi - permanent make up, it has difficulty to remove it. 

- If possible do some research what kind of style you like before visit. 

- Outcome could be differently on different clients and skin type
